Clinical Pathology Laboratories is very excited to announce that we will be transitioning to a new and innovative financial and billing software program, XiFin. This system offers a feature-rich and best-in-class revenue cycle management (RCM) program that will improve and streamline your interaction with our billing program. The planned date for implementation is October 1st, 2024.
Here are a few key enhancements that XiFin will bring to our billing practices:
- An online client portal that improves functionality, interactivity and response times
- Real-time billing corrections and supply of missing information
- An improved portal for patient payments
- Flexibility in client invoice format and delivery methods

Our goal is to conduct this transition with minimal impact to you or your patients. Specifically, for the anticipated launch date, any client billing activity that occurs prior to September 30th, 2024 and still has a balance, will be invoiced from the legacy billing system. Client-billed services from October 1st, 2024 or later will invoiced in XiFin.
